Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the cancellation policies of our travel partners, service providers, hotels, transport operators, and other suppliers. Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the respective provider.

2. Taxi Services

• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time before the scheduled pickup.
• Cancellation charges may apply based on the driver's and service provider's policy.
• No refunds may be available after the driver has been assigned or the trip has started.

3. Self-Drive Car Rentals

• Refunds are subject to the rental partner's cancellation policy.
• Cancellation fees may vary depending on the booking date and pickup time.
• No refunds will be issued for early vehicle returns or unused rental periods unless approved by the rental partner.

4. Tour Packages

• Refunds depend on hotel, transportation, activity providers and supplier cancellation charges.
• Any non-refundable booking components will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customized or promotional packages may be partially or fully non-refundable.

5. Hotel, Flight, Bus & Train Bookings

• Refunds are governed entirely by the cancellation policy of the respective hotel, airline, bus operator or railway service.
• Yatrada acts only as a booking facilitator and cannot override supplier policies.
• Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted before processing any eligible refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved by the concerned service provider, the refund will generally be processed within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway or payment method.
