5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Carry a valid Government-issued ID during travel.
• Arrive at the pickup point on time.
• Follow all applicable laws and service provider guidelines.

6. Self Drive Vehicles

• A valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Customers are responsible for traffic fines, misuse, damage or legal violations during the rental period.

7. Third-Party Services

Hotels, airlines, transport providers and other travel partners operate under their own policies. Their respective terms and conditions shall also apply wherever applicable.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Yatrada shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, traffic, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms
